Update: Our Plan Moving Forward
Upon further investigation into Ontario’s list of essential workplaces, and based on guidance received from the Canadian Health Food Association, we are pleased to remain OPEN to serve your health needs during this difficult time. We appreciate your patience as we navigate how to best serve you, while keeping the health and safety of both our customers and staff a top priority, and complying with government direction.
Beginning on March 30th, we will be operating in a reduced model:
- POP-UP in-store shopping hours will currently be held on MONDAYS from 1:00-5:00 PM.
- **New** PICK-UP hours will be held on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS from 12:00-3:00PM. Customers can email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone the store with their order and preferred pick-up date (please send at least one day prior). You will receive an invoice via email with simple instructions to pay securely via PayPal in advance OR you may pay by cheque when you pick up. You can then drive up to the store and a sales associate will provide you with your order without having to leave your vehicle! We will keep watch or feel free to call when you arrive. Please note we CANNOT accept cash, credit, or debit at the store. If you wish to pay by credit you must email your order so that we can send you an invoice in advance.
- **New** DELIVERY is available to the following locations: Simcoe, Delhi, Waterford, Port Ryerse and Jarvis (and anything in between but not beyond!). Customers can email email@example.com with their order. You will receive an invoice via email with simple instructions to pay securely via PayPal in advance. We will guarantee delivery (porch drop-off) within 3 business days. Delivery is available on all purchases of $50 or more for a $5 delivery fee.
